An implant treatment includes the following:

Diagnostic X-Rays:  $325.00 for a CT scan

Implant placement: $1,900.00 (per implant). 
This includes Anesthesia, Sedation and Out-Patient Surgery Center, Second Stage surgery (when applicable).

Additional expense may apply if bone augmentation is needed. Payment plan is available and a 5-year warranty on implant and all surgically related services. Note: these fees are valid until 12/31/2002
